Welcome to our restaurant, bar and bistro, where we offer dining experiences in a class of their own. Our skilled chefs prepare dishes with fresh seasonal ingredients and our waiters are ready to recommend the right wine to accompany your meal. Whether it's a business lunch, a casual dinner or a drink at the bar, you're in for a treat.

Opening hours and table booking

Please note that our restaurant and bistro are open for guests staying at the hotel or for meetings and conferences.

Saturday 7am - 10am
Sunday 8 am - 11 am

Breakfast is included with accommodation.

Buffet lunch is available on weekdays at 12 noon.

Breakfast buffet

Enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet with a large and varied selection of homemade bread from our own bakery, chia porridge, skyr, sour cream, eggs & bacon, delicious cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit, cake, various juices, coffee and tea.

The breakfast buffet is always included with an overnight stay, but can also be purchased in connection with a meeting or conference.

Lunch buffet

Our lunch buffet offers delicious and carefully selected smaller servings, where each dish complements the others. The buffet includes fish, vegetables, meat, bread and sweets.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays we serve a delicious selection of vegetarian dishes without hot meat dishes.

Restaurant and bistro

The evening menu is composed of carefully selected fresh ingredients that reflect the best of the season. We offer a menu that changes every week, so you can always enjoy new and exciting dishes.

In addition, we have an à la carte menu that runs over a longer period of time. Our skilled chefs ensure that each dish is prepared with care and creativity.

Bar and lounge

In our bar we offer a wide selection of drinks to suit every taste. Enjoy both classic and innovative cocktails as well as a permanent selection of fine wines, beers and spirits.

The lounge area is the perfect place to relax, whether you want a cozy evening with colleagues or a drink before dinner. 

Our wine list is Star Wine nominated

In 2024, we were included on the Star Wine List and nominated for this year's Short List in Denmark - a category reserved for wine lists with less than 200 wines.

Our wine list is broad and created with a focus on diversity, respect for nature and quality for the price. We are extremely proud of our wine program, and we take great pride in selecting each individual wine.

Own free-range pigs

We are proud of our collaboration with 'Kæragergård Grisen', a unique Danish 3-heart animal welfare labeled quality pig with a curly tail. In other words, the pork we serve our guests comes from free-range pigs that have lived a life without stables and with min. 40 m2 to roam per pig. They've lived in fields with mud pits and spacious huts with warm and dry straw beds.

A kitchen with a focus on sustainability

In our kitchen, passion for food meets a responsible approach to both taste and the environment. Our skilled chefs work with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients and we are proud of the initiatives we have put in place. 

Minimize food waste

We make a great effort to minimize food waste. We do this by serving small portions at the lunch buffet and by using as much of each ingredient as possible in production. 

In addition, we weigh all leftovers left by guests so we always know how much food we are throwing away. We use these figures in future planning of portion sizes and purchases so that we can minimize food waste as much as possible.

We have made a conscious decision not to serve beef to our guests.
