Facilities at Skanderborg Park
At Skanderborg Park we have several activities that you can enjoy during your stay. The hotel is in a scenic location, so our outdoor areas offer the opportunity for walks in the park, forest and by Skanderborg Lake. Indoors, we have cozy lounge areas and several activities that our guests are free to use, such as a billiards room and gym.
Use your surroundings actively
When you visit us, we recommend a walk in the area so you can experience the beautiful green surroundings the hotel is located in. Take a walk around the park, where you can enjoy the view of the forest and Skanderborg Lake.
It is also possible to use our park for garden games. We have several different games available to borrow at the reception. These include kubb, croquet and ladder golf.

Restaurant, bar and bistro
Enjoy a wonderful dinner or lunch in our restaurant overlooking the park and Skanderborg Lake. Everything is prepared from scratch by our chefs and in-house baker, who always work with fresh seasonal ingredients.
In our bar we offer a wide selection of drinks to suit every taste. Enjoy both classic and innovative cocktails as well as a permanent selection of fine wines, beers and spirits.
Exercise room
In our gym you can use our treadmill, rowing machine, cross-trainer or bike. We also offer a small selection of loose weights or you can use weight plates with barbells.
The gym is open around the clock and is located in the basement. Sauna, shower and changing facilities are available.
Billiards, darts, table football and table tennis
We have two billiard/pool tables available in our billiard room. There are also benches for spectators, and it is possible to order drinks from our bar, which can be brought into the billiard room.
You can play table football under the stairs by the reception, and in the room behind our gym you can enjoy a game of table tennis.

Break and lounge areas
The hotel has several comfortable and quiet areas where you can work, relax or make phone calls.
Several of the areas overlook scenic surroundings where you can enjoy the view and feel the atmosphere of the hotel. For peace and quiet, we recommend our 'red cave' on the ground floor.
