Celebrate Sankt Hans at Skanderborg Park
At Skanderborg Park, we have a tradition of celebrating Sankt Hans with delicious food and a cozy bonfire in the park. This year we're repeating the success and you can already book a table for this special evening.
Program for the evening
During dinner we will be entertained by a talented saxophonist and at 20:30 the big bonfire will be lit.
3-course Sankt Hans menu
Repeating the success of previous years, we fire up the grill to serve an exquisite 3-course menu made from the best ingredients:
- Appetizer: Hand peeled shrimp with hollandaise siphon, grilled white asparagus and fresh herbs.
- Main course: Barbecue buffet with veal sirloin, langoustine and two kinds of sausages, served with delicious side dishes.
- Dessert: Fresh strawberries with balsamic, vanilla ice cream and basil.
Outdoor serving of beverages
We offer a wide selection of beverages that can be enjoyed by both diners and those who just want to experience our beautiful bonfire in the park. Our selection includes beer, wine, sodas and drinks. Everyone is welcome!
